Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga
Pregnancy yoga is suitable for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters. It great right up until the birth and is a fantastic way to relax and reconnect to yourself and your baby. Come and create space to breathe and move and relieve some of those pesky pregnancy symptoms!

Postnatal Yoga for Mum and Baby
Postnatal yoga is a gentle, safe and effective way to get back into shape after pregnancy. There will be lots of movement for your baby to enjoy too! Bond with your baby as you move and relax together!
Suitable from your six week check until baby is crawling. (Please get in contact if you have had a C-Section)
